Fitness Test

Sprint/Interval Test (FIFA Women's Referee Test) Male - Category 1 / Female - Category 3

 

Practical Evaluation

Minimum of 3 Passing Evaluations as a Referee 2 at Adult Amateur Level & 1 at Highest Youth (U18 or U19) - 2 x 45 minute half

Evaluations Must Be Done by 3 Different Referee Coaches **

 

The online Regional Referee Course will be in the US Soccer learning center. It is not currently available (as of 8/1/2019). State Associations will host the Regional Referee Course and the On-field Regional Referee licensing experience.

Fitness Test Registration Information

Registration is required for each time a test/training date is offered. The fitness test consists of the required sprints and intervals laps set for your referee grade/or upgrade. Grade 7 referees may come to train/practice prior to taking their official upgrade test. Test fee includes cost of the test administrators, athletic trainer/medical staff, and facility costs & is non-refundable
